JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure the organization and operation of the accounting system in the enterprise:
- Organizing the implementation of accounting operations, making vouchers, accounting books and tax reports according to the provisions of law and tax law of Vietnam.
- Building an accounting information system and management accounting reports for business planning, annual budgeting and other administrative requirements.
- Management of accounting system, accounting books, invoices – corporate documents.
- Provide complete accounting data and support the Board of Directors in consolidating and analyzing expenses; then come up with appropriate conclusions and solutions.
- Prepare – present financial statements, provide records, data and explain to tax authorities, audits, inspectors as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan to develop customers, revenue and periodically report on performance to bring new customers + profits for the company as required.
- Understanding market demand for logistics services.
- Make a list and approach potential customers, consult import and export service packages, transport & forwarding solutions, quote, negotiate and sign service contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with departments in the company to monitor and update the status of goods and information to customers on a regular and timely basis.
- Continue to take care of after-sales, coordinate with other departments of the company to solve customer questions, complaints, and suggestions if any.
- Monitor and support the accounting department in debt collection.
- Other tasks assigned by the board of directors.
